Since I was a vegetarian for nearly a decade, I sometimes find it hard to incorporate meat into my meals. But I'm doing better and better at finding new ways to get more protein in my diet that's tasty and still ethical.
This recipe is super easy and packs well for lunches too! Not to mention, there are so many different ways to eat it... on greens, with crackers, as a sandwich, or just by itself.
