You find yourself reaching into your pantry for something to eat and wish you’d choose something healthier for a change. But you can’t. Because there’s not really anything healthy there.

You know there are healthy alternatives for your usual go-to foods but feel overwhelmed when you’re at the grocery store so you always end up buying the same old things.

Then you try to make sense out of the food labels but realize that all the percentages, numbers and ingredients make no sense. So you resort to trusting the health claims on the front of the label… because when it says “natural”, “organic” or “gluten-free”, that means it’s healthy, right? (HINT: That’s rarely the case!)

You want to incorporate exercise into your life SO badly but no matter what you do, you always end up feeling uncoordinated and… self-conscious.

This in-person one-on-one four-part program is for you who’s ready to begin your healing journey from root to rise; to nourish your body from the ground up. You’re ready to fill your body with whatever it takes to feel whole – you just need some guidance.

I’ll come into your kitchen and tell you exactly what to toss and keep. I’ll take you to your local market and help you stock your pantry with food that’s actually good for you and delicious and invigorating to your body.

Just like I do in my own life.

Being healthy isn't about just not getting sick or following the perfect diet, it's about fully expressing you and feeling connected to your body. It's about feeding your body healing foods and moving it in a way that's being authentic to yourself.

So I’m going to sit down with you and we’re going to have a serious chat about your body and your life. Together, we’re going to come up with a plan to help you break old habits that no longer deliver and create new ones that do.

And enjoy every minute of it


This 75-minute chat in your living room or mine will focus entirely on the vision you have for your body and your life. We’ll connect the dots between who think you are, what you want to be, and your body’s unique needs. We’ll go into your life, your heart and your head and figure out what has worked for you in the past and what hasn’t – and what changes you want to make for yourself from the inside out.


This session is intended to bring out the big dreams you have for yourself that you’ve kept bottled up inside and will help us determine your personalized milestones in the coming weeks to help you reach your goals and give your life that “umph” you’ve been waiting for.


We’ll meet in your home for a thorough kitchen makeover by going through your pantry, cupboards, and refrigerator. We’ll ditch the junk, declutter, and make room for tasty, wholesome alternatives.


Picture a kitchen that’s organized and full of easy-to-reach-for healthy and tasty foods.


Together, we’ll have fun getting rid of what hasn’t been serving you and making room for what does. Plus you’ll have me there to ensure you follow through and make the right choices that are in line with your big health and wellness dreams.



For our third get-together, we’ll meet at your local grocery store and comb through the aisles one by one. You’ll learn what to look for, how to read food labels, and what foods are easy healthy substitutes for what you already have in your kitchen. You’ll have whole new grab ‘n’ go products that are catered towards your taste buds. (Even specific brand names!)




Take out the overwhelm at the farmers market when we meet and walk booth by booth so you can find exactly what you’ll look for when you go on your own. You’ll learn what questions to ask to ensure your eggs, dairy products, and vegetables are sustainable and free of scary chemicals.


You’ll also learn what new body-loving foods you can add to your diet for some exciting interesting options to reach for in your pantry.


As you start making changes, you may have questions. You’ll receive email support during our entire four weeks together as well as for an additional thirty days to have your questions and concerns answered so you can continue to make healthy, time-saving stress-free options.

Most importantly, you’ll have my support and guidance every step of the way as you implement easy changes to make your life simpler and healthier. The changes will be straightforward and personalized and you’ll have me to hold you accountable, so you won’t give up on the new lifestyle you committed to for a happier, healthier you.


I have always despised going shopping and trying clothes on, getting easily frustrated when things don’t look good and giving up after the first store. Last week I went to the mall to find some clothes for our LA trip and felt better than I have in a very long time. I was able to find clothes that I felt confident in rather than beating myself up when things didn’t look good. 

It was a huge shift for me and I feel so proud and happy! I could not have gotten to that place without Brittney. THANK YOU!!!

Our trip was wonderful and while I did let myself eat a little bit of junk food, I stuck to clean and healthy options for the most part and felt GREAT! I also didn’t get derailed from the habits I was forming before we left and have been able to jump right back in.
